In the position of IT Director, I provide cover different levels of IT services for the company. General IT Support Provide general support for installation and troubleshooting of office printers and driver setup for new and current agents and staff members. Conduct routine updates and inspections of office IT equipment such as computers, access points, switches, display boards and other network equipment. Establish and setup new ethernet access points as needed. Password resets and establishing new users in needed tools and website. Completing documentation for different processes such as new hire processing. Network Management Verify Network uptime and connectivity between multiple offices and service providers. Establish, update, or replace wireless access points as needed. Update and replace network hardware (switches, firewalls, server racks, rack mount BBU, etc..) as needed based on age of equipment or changing location demands. Work with service providers to verify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise with site internet connections. VOIP Management Administration of an onsite based VOIP phone server system. Add new users to the system with physical phone configuration or virtual phone configuration using the phone systems mobile application for smart phones. Remove or modify user extensions to add, remove or update features as needed.   System Evaluations Conduct system evaluations of currently used tools and systems to assess if they are meeting the current needs of the business. Researching Updated or New systems if system evaluations conclude that a change is needed to meet business needs. Locating and evaluating new systems that are requested by company management and creating proposals with needed information for so that management can make decisions on the new systems. As needed other one-time tasks and service are also provided such as system and hardware upgrades to office devices which include but are not limited to hard-drive upgrades, ram upgrades, system cleanups, peripheral upgrades as well as display mounting.
